If your TV is faulty and can’t be repaired or is beyond economical repair, we will look to replace it with one of the same or a similar specification at no cost to you.

Do you have an appliance with a pre-existing fault? No problem! For just £6 extra per month on your care plan, we’ll arrange a repair now. You’ll be covered for all future appliance maintenance and replacements, including diagnostics and repairs. Our annual health check service helps spot issues early and fix them fast. It’s that simple. Plus, our Help & Advice page covers most home appliances and brands, helping you with queries like ‘why is my freezer leaking’, ‘my washing machine isn’t spinning’, or ‘how do I clean an air fryer’.

Parts are included up to £250. If the parts cost more than that, you’ll just need to pay the difference – we’ll take care of the rest.
