We provide advice on oven maintenance, explain oven error codes, and offer cooker repair support – whether it’s oven cleaning guidance or arranging a visit from one of our trusted cooker engineers.
With our Appliance Care Plan, you’ll receive annual health checks, oven and cooker repair advice, and expert support to keep your appliance performing at its best. Schedule maintenance visits at your convenience and group multiple appliances – like ovens, hobs, and dishwashers – into one appointment.
If our engineers identify a problem, they may be able to fix it during the visit or offer a free replacement if repair isn’t possible.
