The door is open.

Please close the door and proceed as usual. If you still get the error, verify the door is closed.
E17 or F17

The water supply time has been exceeded.

Contact us about our Repair & Care option if your appliance is broken.
E19 or H19

The heating time has been exceeded.

The washing machine heating problem could happen for several reasons. Please seek professional assistance. Contact us about our Repair & Care option.
E20 or F20

Indicates that there’s unexpected heating in your washing machine.

To troubleshoot the issue, reset the washer by turning it off and on. IF you’re still having issues, contact us about our Repair & Care option if your appliance is broken.
E23 or F23

AquaStop Hose has been activated.

The washing machine AquaStop system is responsible for leakage protection, so if you see this error, there could be water leakage. Do not use the washing machine until it has been fixed and turn off the water tap immediately. Please book a repair as soon as possible. Contact us about our Repair & Care option.
E25 or F25

There is an issue with the turbidity sensor.

Please book a repair. Contact us about our Repair & Care option if your appliance is broken.
E26 or F26

There is an issue with the analogue pressure sensor. The washing machine pressure sensor identifies how much water is in the machine – telling the control board if the machine has been filled or emptied. 

Do not use the washing machine until this has been fixed. Please book a repair. Contact us about our Repair & Care option if your appliance is broken.
F27

This error code indicates there is an issue with the pressure sensor.

Do not use the washing machine until this has been fixed. Please book a repair. Contact us about our Repair & Care option if your appliance is broken.
E28 or F28

There is an issue with the flow sensor.

Please book a repair. Contact us about our Repair & Care options if your appliance is broken.
E56

There is an unexpected communication error in your washing machine.
