Your Repair Journey Step By Step

Booking a repair is quick and straightforward. Just follow the steps below:

STEP 1

If an appliance breaks down, make a note of the issue, whether it’s integrated or freestanding, the brand, and the model number (if available).

Call 0800 888 6666 and give the advisor the details of your appliance. Don’t worry if you can’t find the model number – we’ll help you during the call.

STEP 3

Just let us know your postcode and we’ll book a trusted local appliance engineer for you.

STEP 4

The appliance engineer will aim to repair your home appliance on the first visit. If any parts are needed, they’ll return to complete the repair as soon as possible.

STEP 5

If your home appliance can’t be fixed or is beyond economical repair, we’ll aim to replace it with one of the same or similar specification – at no cost to you.

STEP 6

Continue your Appliance Care Plan with complete peace of mind.

STEP 1

STEP 3

Provide your postcode, and we’ll book a local appliance engineer for you. If your repair qualifies as a free callout under your membership plan, there’s no charge. If not, you’ll still receive a discount on the callout fee.

STEP 4

The appliance engineer will assess and repair your home appliance on the first visit if possible. If parts are needed, you’ll receive your membership discount and there’s no charge for follow-up visits.

STEP 5

While we will always aim to repair your home appliance, if itcan’t be fixed, we’ll help you arrange a replacement – with a discount off the Recommended Retail Price and any additional services you need (like delivery, installation, removal, and disposal).

STEP 6

After the repair, you’ll have a 6-month guarantee – if the same issue happens again, the repair is free.
